Tropical party recap!

Bonjour mes amis!

Today the team celebrated the long awaited tropical party at Mission Street! YEAH! Here are some highlights of the event:

• They gave out this amazing Captain Chokru Background:

• They reduced in half the price from the Pirate's stash:

• They wanted to pick a player dressed with the tropical theme to accompany them on top of the tiki head. That player turned out to be me HEHEHE. Squad goals:

• They also announced two things. The first one is that Captain Chokru will leave tomorrow, so you better get those items and complete his quest fast! The second is that after the Asteroid competition there will be a Robots competition! YASSSSS!

Imminent flash flood!

Bonjour mes amis!

Helping Captain Chokru locate all the pieces for his ship has been a rigorous and arduous work. For this reason he has invited everyone to Chotopia's biggest and craziest flash flood ever!

To benefit those who can't see the image, the details of the party are the following:

• DATE: Sunday, January 22nd
• PLACE: Mission Street
• TIME: 10PM Cho-Time, 5PM EST, 2PM PST

The party's theme is evidently "Tropical" so don't forget to assist with your best tropical outfits. Those who work their closet the best will be featured in the main blog with the party's recap.

So don't let this flash flood threat hold you down. Let's become the best flash mob ever and DANCE the rain away!

Cue "Singin' in the rain"  and "Umbrella" by the Glee cast.

Today is a great day for our fellow pirate friends because Chokru has made an official appearance in the city! WOOHOO!

Head over to his ship if you wish to complete his quest.

Apparently, his pirate invasion was just a misunderstanding. Looks like he crashed while sailing the universe and now he needs our help to recover the lost timber to rebuild his ship.

After you accept his quest, you'll have to look for a total of three (3) pieces of timber. The image below should tell you what to expect when looking for them.

Bringing all the pieces back to him will make you an official member of his pirate crew! YAY! I mean, ARRRRRRGHHHHH!

Not only that, but you'll also receive this awesome pirate hat! Thank you Chokru!

One of the main reasons I love this update so much is because ever since the Tropical Party started I was always wondering if we would ever get a chance to meet Chokru. Just a few hours ago I posted a suggestion in the Suggestions Corner! regarding this topic. It makes me really happy to be able to meet him =)
