With Easter around the corner the Chotopia team will be hosting a party to celebrate the occasion!

Come celebrate Easter with us on Saturday, April 15th at 9PM Cho Time in Café Street, Utopia. You surely don't want to miss this party!

Additionally, starting tomorrow you'll be able to do an Easter quest! Be sure to check the Park to accept the scavenger hunt.

In other news, my Citizenship renewed which means I can finally show you the item of the month:

It's a super duper cute ostrich costume! HAHAHA!

April updates!

April has launched with full force and there are many things to talk about, so let's get to it.

First of all, I'm happy to announce that I have been selected as part of April's Journalists, however, the official list has not been posted by the main blog. I know this because when I entered the game I received this message:

When the official list is released I will update the Journalist page.

The new Citizenship page has also been released which means a new monthly item!

Also, the nightmode feature in the game can now be disabled in the menu as shown below:

Sadly, you guys won't find a cool Omiguy in the corner of your menus like the picture above. I'll be sure to let the team know that they should add it in the future. HEHEHEHE!

Additionally, Choproff has been updated and the quest will now reward the correct amount of bugs: 200 for Juniors and 400 for Citizens.

Finally, once again I'm happy to announce that one of the suggestions from the Suggestions Corner! has been implemented in the game.

Checkers will not force you to make a jump anymore! YES! Thank you team!

The winner of the comic contest has been Knighty! CONGRATULATIONS!

For this new contest we will have to call our inner Donatella Versace, Mark Jacobs, Coco Chanel and Ralph Lauren, because this contest is all about fashion!

Luigi costume

As I told you last time, my Citizenship renewed yesterday, and here is the Luigi costume!

It works like any other suit, so you can't have anything else on, or else it will be taken away.

New UI

The old disc UI has now been replaced with a more space friendly UI. If you head over to the game you'll notice that the interacting buttons are now located throughout the sides of the game.

Remember to vote in the poll at the main blog to let the team know what you think about it!

It's-a me! Luigi!

The greenery has finally caught up with Chotopia and you can now enjoy the St. Patrick's theme on the game.

Similar to the Valentine's theme, the borders of the game are now colored green.

Furthermore, the Citizenship has been updated with March's item, and it is none other than Mario's brother, LUIGI!

Buy a Citizenship package this month and you'll get a Luigi costume for your Chobot. NEAT RIGHT?!

Free Citizenship?!

As you all know, today was the Valentine's Day party at Chotopia. Unfortunately, Katara couldn't make it, but Rain was there to host the party in her place.

We ran into a few problems when the server was acting funny, and as a compensation they gave out free Citizenship to everyone who attended the party.

Imagine my reaction when I saw this message arrive at my inbox! Something like this:

A basket made for love!

As promised, today my Citizenship has renewed and I can show you the Valentine Basket! YAY!

The Valentine Basket works like any other board would do. Meaning that I can't have my Fire Shoes on when I'm using it.

It offers average speed, but it is not slow either. One doesn't need to go at 100 MPH to enjoy an item's speed.

The aesthetic is really appealing, but the down side is that it covers the bottom part of your Chobot. Meaning that people are not going to be able to see your stylish designs HEHEHE

Chotopia has finally given up and accepted that St. Valentine's powers were bound to trap them one way or another. For that reason, the website has been updated with a red theme that favors the current month's celebration!

Furthermore, the Citizenship page has been updated to showcase this month's item: the Valentine Basket!

Don't forget that you can now select a recurring Citizenship that will lower its cost starting the second month of the plan. That means that you will pay five (5) dollars for the first month and only three (3) dollars and seventy-five (75) cents for the subsequent months.

My Citizenship will renew tomorrow, so I will be sure to give you a look on the new item.
