How do Candy Canes work

If you're a curious Chobot like me, you have probably noticed the small "Candy Canes" button at the side of your playing screen. I'm talking about this one:

By clicking it you'll be able to see how many Candy Canes you have in total. But Omi, what are they, how do I collect them and what are they for?

Well, I'm glad you asked!

Candy Canes are a special type of currency in the game that will allow you to exchange them for wallet money in your account. You will get TWO (2) Candy Canes every time you complete a quest in Chotopia e.g. Choproff, Chopix, Chistochob or Samantha.

Once you have at least 25 Candy Canes you'll be able to exchange them for wallet money. How? Simple.

Go to your Chotopia account (not the one in the game, but the one on the website), and click EXCHANGE from the drop down menu.

In the following page you will be able to see your current amount of Candy Canes and Wallet Balance. From the drop down menu select how many Candy Canes you wish to exchange.

After making your selection click "Confirm Exchange". Remember that you can't undo this action, so be sure that the amount you wish to exchange is correct. Bear in mind that the more Candy Canes you exchange in one go the more you earn in Wallet Balance.

After accepting the exchange you should receive a confirmation message and your Wallet Balance should be updated.

Candy Canes are a great way to reward Chobots who invest time playing the city's quests. If you find it difficult to use real money in Chotopia, Candy Canes are a good option for you.

Even though they are a little difficult to gather, the reward is worth it. By only collecting 3,000 Candy Canes you'll have enough money to buy a 1-month Citizenship! Isn't that neat?!
